Experts warned that posture and sitting disorders, which are common in young people, also prepare the ground for spinal problems. According to experts, exercises aimed at strengthening the spine muscles and posture should be done regularly, these devices should be raised to eye level while looking at the mobile phone and computer, and the neck and back should be kept upright.

Stating that the spine consists of 4 parts as neck, back, waist and coccyx, Özaras said, “Especially the neck and waist region are always in motion in many activities such as bending, standing, turning in our daily life. Therefore, it is very prone to wear and damage. When taking a load from the ground, the knees should be bent and the load should be kept close to the body,

The chair and table used in desk work should be arranged in accordance with ergonomics,
