EXAM APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS
1) To have the conditions specified in sub-clauses (657), (48), (1), (4) and (5) of sub-paragraph (A) of the first paragraph of Article 6 of Law No. 7.
2) To have completed the age of 18.
3) Not to have completed the age of 35 as of the first day of January of the year in which the exam was held (those born on or after January 01, 1986).
4) Not being entitled to receive retirement, old-age or invalidity pension from any social security institution.
5) Not to be dismissed or dismissed while working in any public institution.
6) In case the contract is terminated by the institutions or unilaterally terminated the contract within the contract period, while working as a contracted personnel within the scope of Article 657/B of Law No. Cannot be re-employed in contracted personnel positions of public institutions and organizations, unless one year has passed from the date of termination.
