10 (ten) Assistant Geographical Information System Specialists will be recruited by means of a profession-specific competitive exam within the framework of the provisions of the "Regulation on Geographical Information System Specialization" to be employed within the General Directorate of Geographical Information Systems of the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization. CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE COMPETITION EXAM
1.1. To have the general conditions specified in subparagraph (A) of the first paragraph of Article 657 of the Civil Servants Law No. 48,
1.2. To graduate from computer engineering, software engineering, mapping engineering, geodesy and photogrammetry engineering, geomatics engineering and city and regional planning departments of higher education institutions that provide at least four years of undergraduate education, and from domestic or foreign education institutions whose equivalence is accepted by the Higher Education Council,
1.3. As of the application deadline, to get at least 3 (seventy) points from the KPSS P70 score type, which has not expired,
1.4. Not to have completed the age of 35 (thirty-five) as of the first day of January of the year in which the competition exam is held,
1.5. For male candidates, they are required to have completed or postponed their military service or to be exempt from military service as of the exam date.
APPLICATIONS
2.1. In order to participate in the Geographic Information System Assistant Specialist Competition Exam, applications must be submitted on e-Government, starting on Wednesday, 13/10/2021, until 26:10:2021 on Tuesday, 23/59/59 by the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization – Career Gate Public Recruitment and Career Gate https://isealimkariyerkapisi.cbiko.gov.tr by logging in via the job application screen, which will become active on the specified calendar. Applications submitted in person or by post will not be accepted.
2.2. After the application process is completed, the candidates should check whether their application has been completed on the "My Applications" screen. Any application that does not show "Application Complete" on the "My Applications" screen will not be considered.
2.3. Candidates' education/graduation information, demographic information, Public Personnel Selection Exam (KPSS) score information, and military status information for male candidates will be obtained via web services. Candidates who do not have this information on the e-Government must update their information that is not on the e-Government from the relevant institution in order not to experience any grievances during the application.
2.4. Applications of candidates who apply with a different score type other than the KPSS score type specified in the announcement will not be evaluated. Responsibility for these matters belongs to the candidate himself.
