From the Rectorate of Konya Technical University: In order to be employed in university units in accordance with paragraph (B) of Article 657 of the Civil Servants Law No. 4, it is included in the “Principles on Employing Contracted Personnel”, which was put into effect with the Council of Ministers Decision dated 06.06.1978 and numbered 7/15754. According to the paragraph (b) of the additional 2nd article, “17 contracted personnel will be recruited based on the KPSS (B) group score ranking, without a written and/or oral exam.

GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR CANDIDATES
1- To be a citizen of the Republic of Turkey.
2- To be at least 18 years old as of the date of application.
3- Not to be deprived of public rights.
4- Even if the periods specified in Article 53 of the Turkish Penal Code have passed; crimes against the security of the state, crimes against the constitutional order and its functioning, crimes against national defense, crimes against state secrets, and espionage, embezzlement, extortion, bribery Not to be convicted of theft, fraud, forgery, breach of trust, fraudulent bankruptcy, bid rigging, fraudulent bankruptcy, laundering the value of property arising from crime or smuggling.
5- Male candidates not having any military service (must have done their military service).
6- Without prejudice to the provisions of Article 657 of the Law No. 53, not to have a mental illness that may prevent him from performing his duty continuously.
7- Those who have been dismissed from public service by various decrees cannot apply.
8- Among those who have been employed as contracted personnel in the last 1 (one) year, their contracts have not been terminated by their institutions due to acting contrary to the principles of the service contract, or they have not unilaterally terminated their contract within the contract period, except for the exceptions determined by the decision of the Council of Ministers.
9- To graduate from one of the specified education levels, to carry and document the required qualifications.
10- Candidates must have the KPSSP2020 score type, one of the 94 KPSS(B) group score types. In addition, the working hours of those whose experience requirement is required and the originals of the documents will be evaluated.
11- Not having a retirement or old age pension from any social security institution.
12- Only one title code will be applied for. If an application is made for more than one title code, all applications will be deemed invalid and will not be evaluated.
13- Special conditions must be met as of the first day of the announcement date.
