Bilateral business meetings were held within the scope of the "Development of National Business Networks Project", which was implemented for Eskişehir Chamber of Industry members to get more shares from the national market, establish new business connections and evaluate investment opportunities.

Members of Eskişehir Chamber of Industry, producing in Eskişehir, came together with companies operating in the Rail Systems sector in cooperation with the Anatolian Rail Transportation Systems Cluster (ARUS). During the online meetings, 34 companies held 83 bilateral business meetings.

Speaking at the opening of the National Business Networks Development Project, ESO Member of the Board of Directors Gürhan Albayrak stated that there are approximately 100 companies that have the ability to produce specifically for the Eskişehir rail systems sector, and said, “Eskişehir's rail systems sector turnover has reached 800 million dollars and its exports have reached 150 million dollars. More than 3.500 people are employed in our companies operating in the sector. Eskişehir will be one of the most important production and test centers in Europe with the National Rail Systems Test and Research Center (URAYSİM) project, which is still under construction.

Speaking at the opening, ARUS Coordinator İlhami Pektaş stated that the cluster set out with the principle of 'Rail systems are our national cause' and said, "The Anatolian Rail Transportation Systems Cluster, as Turkey's first non-regional cluster covering the whole Anatolia, produces rail transportation systems in our country. “It was established with the belief of 'Cooperation, Power Union and National Brand', together with our industrialists, supporting institutions and organizations,” he said.

Stating that Eskişehir is an important industrial city and that it stands out with its history and production capability in the field of railways, Pektaş said, “As ARUS, we have launched 10 national brands so far. With this project, we are laying the groundwork for new brands and collaborations. We would like to thank those who contributed and the participants.”
