Taking steps to contribute to Turkey's technological transformation, Turkey's Automobile Enterprise Group (TOGG) established SIRO Silk Road Clean Energy Solutions Industry and Trade Inc. for this purpose.
In the post shared on TOGG's official Twitter account, SIRO Silk Road Clean Energy Solutions San. ve Tic. It was stated that AŞ will contribute to the technological transformation of the mobility ecosystem in Turkey.
SIRO will produce the battery modules and packages of the domestic car. Foreign dependency on energy efficiency will also decrease.
TOGG agreed with USA-based Farasis on vehicle batteries in 2020. SIRO and Farasis will collaborate on the production of batteries.
In the said post, “We have achieved another strategic development that will contribute to the technological transformation of the mobility ecosystem in our country, and SIRO Silk Road Temiz Enerji Çözümleri San. ve Tic. We established the AS.” it was said.
