Tourists who will travel with Turkey's first luxury sleeper train tour project will visit Kayseri and the surrounding cities and discover historical and touristic places.

Kayseri Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Dr. Memduh Büyükkılıç attended the meeting held before the Cappadocia Express project, which will be Turkey's first luxury sleeper train tour, under the chairmanship of Governor Şehmus Günaydın.

Kayseri Governor Şehmus Günaydın, Mayor of Metropolitan Municipality Dr. Memduh Büyükkılıç, Provincial Culture and Tourism Manager Şükrü Dursun, Sun Group Chairman of the Board Murat Atik, Sun Group Operations Manager Mustafa Orman and Cappadocia Mice President Ertan Demirbaş attended.

At the meeting, ideas were exchanged on the project, which is planned to reach much more tourists in a much broader framework, together with the train journey, and it is aimed to bring a new dynamic to domestic tourism and create new employment areas with the opening of the Cappadocia Express.

In the project, which is planned to contribute to the Turkish economy and for tourism purposes, the luxury sleeper train will depart from Istanbul Sirkeci station and stop in Kayseri, covering the surrounding cities in the Cappadocia Express project, which will travel between Istanbul and Kayseri.

On the train, which will consist of wagons in the form of a 5-star hotel, traveling tourists will visit Kayseri and the surrounding cities and discover historical and touristic places.

The signatures of Turkey's first “Luxury Train Tour with Beds” project, which will start with the Cappadocia Express, between HIS Turkey, whose global headquarters are in Japan, and Sun Group, through the Presidential Investment Office, were signed in Istanbul in the past months.
