WE ARE IN AN INTENSIVE URBANIZATION
Expressing that there are people working in the branches that Turkey needs the most, İmamoğlu continued as follows: “I think one of the important problems of our country, even the main source of the problems, is urbanization. Because we settle in cities, we move, we migrate. On this occasion, we suddenly begin to grapple with the problems that await us there. This includes transportation, adaptation, employment, security. We are in a very dense urbanization. Obviously this is the problem. It will continue for many more years after all. The main source of the problem in these cities is the accessibility from one place to another. I've known people who haven't left their neighborhood for years. I have been a political home visitor for 12 years. I have witnessed the existence of people who rarely leave their homes. İmamoğlu noted that his colleagues are responsible for correcting the shortcomings they have revealed politically and their profession commands this.
