According to the information obtained from The Economist Intelligence Unit, the list of the safest cities in the world was determined. Thus, it was recorded that the capital city of Denmark, Copenhagen, took the first place, while the city of Toronto from Canada took the second place and Singapore took the third place. In the evaluation, where health, digital, infrastructure, personal and environmental security categories are included separately, Istanbul was ranked 37th. In addition, while 60 big cities were included in the research, it was determined that 76 different indicators were taken as the basis.

Denmark, which is at the top of the list, was on the agenda with 8 thousand 35 press news in our country, while Canada made its name in 26 thousand 947 and Singapore 3 thousand 936 news articles. Immigration policy, Euro 2020, tourism and Covid 19 measures were among the most talked about topics related to these countries and cities.
