Ada Train, which was supported by TCDD for the Sakarya Metropolitan Municipality to travel from Adapazarı Station, started working from the city center again. The train, which will carry passengers between Adapazarı and Pendik, will make a total of 5 trips per day, 5 departures and 10 arrivals.
The Ada Train, whose work was followed closely and supported by Sakarya Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Ekrem Yüce, started to carry passengers from the city center. After the completion of the intensive work for a while, the train entered Adapazarı Station today. TCDD teams and Metropolitan Municipality bureaucrats made a drive between Mithatpaşa and Adapazarı on the Ada Train.
Metropolitan team joins the ride
Metropolitan Municipality Deputy Secretary General Ziya Cevherli and metropolitan bureaucrats received information from TCDD officials about the work while driving. TCDD Tasimacilik A.Ş Istanbul Regional Manager Veysi Alçınsu, TCDD 1st Regional Manager Necmeddin Acar, Sakarya Station Manager Kadir Karaman and Turkish-Business Confederation Sakarya Provincial Representative Cemal Yaman accompanied the Metropolitan delegation during the ride and the subsequent visits to Adapazarı.
10 trips a day
The Ada Train, which operated between Mithatpaşa Station and Pendik before the pandemic process, has started to take passengers from Adapazarı Station as of today. Within the scope of the completed works, the railway between Adapazarı and Mithatppaşa was reorganized and the rails were renewed. It was learned that the train, which is the symbol of the city, will make a total of 5 trips between Adapazarı and Pendik, 5 departures and 10 arrivals per day. It is stated that the first flight will take place at 5.50 in the morning and the last flight of the day will take place at 18.00.

The test drives were completed and finally our train arrived at Adapazarı Station. The train, which is a memory of each of us at some point in our youth, childhood and life, started to carry passengers from Adapazarı.
