The World's Best Drone Pilots Met in Istanbul
2021 athletes from 22 countries, from Mexico to Russia, from Germany to America, competed in the STM World Drone Cup 32. And our country in the races Atakan Lentils (15) Doruk Cengiz (11) Batu Erilkun (13) and Huseyin Ablak (25) represented 4 drone pilots. STM World Drone Cup started on the first day with test flights for the competitors to get to know the track. On the second day, the qualifying laps were run. In the qualifying groups formed at the end of the qualifying, 32 pilots worked hard to reach the finals. Evan Turner from the USA took the first place in the Grand Final and won a prize of 30.000 TL. Marvin Schapper from Lichtenstein placed 20.000 TL in second place and Killian Rousseau from France placed in third place and won 10.000 TL.
