ASELSAN was awarded in two categories at the “The Stevie Awards for Great Employers” with its social responsibility projects implemented with the ASELSAN Social Innovation Leaders Assistance Association (ASİL) and its learning and development projects in the field of human resources. “The Stevie Awards for Great Employers” produces and implements human resources projects for employees; It is recognized as one of the world's largest volunteer organizations that rewards the world's best human resources professionals, teams, achievements, practices and stakeholders.
29 companies from 950 countries competed
More than 2021 companies from 29 different countries were nominated for the award application categories related to human resources practices in 950. Applications were evaluated by an international jury. As a result of the evaluations made, ASELSAN was awarded in two different categories at “The Stevie Awards for Great Employers”, one of the most prestigious awards in the world. ASELSAN recently won four awards in the Brandon Hall Group Human Capital Management (HCM) Excellence Awards for its human resources projects it has implemented to contribute to its colleagues.
ASELSAN, the leader in learning and development
In the light of its “development” value, ASELSAN stood by its colleagues with trainings specially designed for the pandemic period. Through the “Knowledge Sharing Program”, one of the prominent learning and development projects, it was aimed to share corporate knowledge and encourage a culture of learning from each other. In this way, ASELSAN employees contributed to the personal and professional development of other colleagues with the training they developed. ASELSAN, which learned together with its employees, interns and stakeholders with the Learning Management System evaluated by the jury, the studies carried out on a BİL-GE platform and the learning and development projects it carried out in 2020, was awarded the bronze award in the "Best Learning / Training Team" category.

Setting out with the motto "Hope for the future is worth life", ASİL Association has been providing humanitarian aid in natural disasters since its establishment in 2019, the education support it provided to students within the scope of equal opportunity in education, the health support it provided to the patients in need, the family support it offered to families with financial difficulties and the activities it carried out. Projects were awarded the bronze award. ASİL Association was established in 2019 to show that ASELSAN is a company that offers value not only to defense and technology, but also to society in terms of social responsibility. Since its establishment, ASİL has been working to reach those in need in a reliable way under all conditions.
