Members of Sarıkamış Ski Hotels Association attended the 2021-2022 Winter Tourism evaluation meeting held under the chairmanship of Culture and Tourism Minister Mehmet Nuri Ersoy.
At the meeting, in which Deputy Minister of Culture and Tourism Nadir Alpaslan was also present, Halit Taş, President of Sarıkamış Ski Hotels Association, renewed their demands for the Artificial Snow Project, which will be a lifeline for our city and big investments in the Sarıkamış District of Kars, and conveyed the project's contributions to both the regional economy and the facility. .
At the meeting, Mayor Taş emphasized that the Artificial Snow Project in Sarıkamış Ski Center should start as soon as possible and stated that our ski center is suitable for this in every way and that our state should support it more because our region is a rural area.
In his statement after the meeting, Chairman Taş thanked Minister Ersoy and Deputy Minister Alpaslan, who showed great devotion for Kars and Sarıkamış, for their interest.
