1 million 355 thousand 754 lira penal action was applied to the ship that left dirty ballast
Upon the notification that a ship in Mersin Port was leaving waste, the sentry teams took action immediately and reached the area where the ship was in a very short time with their inspection boats. In their investigations, the teams determined that a 2827 gross ton ship had left dirty ballast to the sea while loading, and imposed a penalty of 1 million 355 thousand 754 liras on the ship.
