Arifiye Double Road, implemented by Sakarya Metropolitan Municipality, was put into service with the completion of road lines and superstructure works. Mayor Yüce said, “The double road, which gives a modern look to the entrance of our district, will make a great contribution to the transportation network of the region. Good luck,” he said. The road, which is 2 kilometers long and 20 meters wide, will be a great convenience for entering and exiting the district.
The new double road, which Sakarya Metropolitan Municipality started to build, was completed in order to provide a modern entrance to the Arifiye district and to ease the transportation in the region. The road, which is 2 kilometers long and 20 meters wide, provides a comfortable and safe transportation to the drivers when entering and exiting the district. Metropolitan YOLBAK teams have completed the superstructure arrangement works of the double road as of today. With the drawing of the road lines, the double road was opened to transportation. This project is among the 18 metropolitan investments inaugurated by President Erdogan.
“New double road will relieve Arifiye”
Expressing that the road will make an important contribution to the transportation of the region, Mayor Yüce said, “Arifiye is a district that is developing day by day. We started our work for a while to create a new alternative to transportation in our district. Excavation and filling works have been completed in the artery, for which a stormwater infrastructure was built before. We have brought a brand new double road with a length of 2 kilometers and a width of 20 meters to our district. The double road will almost create double comfort in transportation to the district. Good luck to our road, which will give a modern look to the entrance of Arifiye and contribute greatly to the transportation network of the region," he said.
