GENERAL AND SPECIAL TERMS OF APPLICATION
The general and special conditions to be complied with in the applications to be made for the vacant police officer and firefighter positions of the Samsun Metropolitan Municipality are given below.
GENERAL CONDITIONS OF APPLICATION
Candidates who will apply to be appointed to the announced police officer and firefighter cadres must have the following general conditions specified in subparagraph (A) of the first paragraph of Article 657 of the Civil Servants Law No. 48.
a. Being a Turkish Citizen,
b. Not to be deprived of public rights,
c. Even if the periods specified in Article 53 of the Turkish Penal Code have passed; crimes against the security of the state, even if pardoned or imprisoned for one year or more for an intentionally committed crime, crimes against the constitutional order and the functioning of this order, embezzlement, extortion, bribery, theft, fraud, forgery, abuse of trust, fraudulent Not to be convicted of bankruptcy, bid rigging, rigging of performance, laundering property values arising from crime or smuggling,
D. For male candidates, in terms of military service, not having any military service or not being of military age, or having done or postponed active military service if they are of military age,

APPLICATION SPECIAL TERMS
a. For the announced police officer and firefighter cadres, to have the education requirement as of the graduated school and to have received the minimum KPSS score from the score types specified against the titles to be taken from the Public Personnel Selection Examination (KPSS) in 2020, b. Not to be expelled from public institutions and organizations for which they have worked before due to indiscipline or moral reasons. c. In addition to the conditions specified in clause (A) of Article 657 of the Law No. 48, in order to apply to the staff of municipal police officers and firefighters, according to the special conditions in Article 13/A of the Municipal Police Regulation and Article 15/A of the Municipal Fire Brigade Regulation; Being weighed and measured on an empty stomach, undressed and barefoot, to be at least 1.67 meters tall for men and at least 1.60 meters for women, and not to have a difference of more than (+,-) 1 kg between the part that is more than 10 meter and its weight. Height and weight determinations will be made by our municipality.
D. Not to be over 30 years old on the date of the exam.

f. To have at least B class driver's license given in the provisions of the Highway Traffic Law No. 13.10.1983 dated 2918 and specified in the qualification section of the table,
APPLICATION PLACE, DATE, METHOD AND DURATION
Candidates; From 16/08/2021 to 20/08/2021 working days, Samsun Metropolitan Municipality Sports Facilities Denizevleri Mahallesi, together with the above-mentioned documents, to have height and weight measurements under the supervision of health personnel. They will complete the application process by personally applying to Adnan Menderes Bulvarı No:27 Atakum/Samsun.
Applications will be made in person. Applications made by mail or e-mail, with missing information and documents, or even though their qualifications are not suitable, will not be evaluated by our municipality.
