On the third day of the 2020 Tokyo Olympic Games, Batuhan Çiftçi in men's 52 kg boxing was eliminated in the last 32 rounds. Batuhan, who came to the ring in 52 kilos in the competitions held at the Kokugikan Arena, faced the last Olympic champion, Uzbek rival Shakhobidin Zoirov.
Batuhan, who lost 5-0 to his opponent, said goodbye to the Olympics.
