New Concert Series from IMM: 'My Stage Istanbul'

İBB will launch a new series of events to bring together Istanbulites with cultural and artistic activities in the open air and to support artists. Thousands of musicians will take the stage at “My Stage Istanbul” concerts with the support of İBB affiliates. With the concerts that will start on July 26, the city will meet with notes again.

Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality (IMM) continues to organize cultural and artistic activities all over Istanbul during the summer months. While the city meets art with concerts, theater performances, children's events, exhibitions and many other events, significant support is provided to artists. İBB adds a new series to the outdoor activities it organizes in this context with the cooperation of its subsidiaries. Thousands of musicians transform Istanbul into an open-air stage at the concerts "My Stage Istanbul", which will start on July 26.

“Sahnem Istanbul” concerts AĞAÇ AND PEYZAJ AŞ, İSBAK, İSFALT, İSTON, İSTAÇ, İMAR AŞ, KİPTAŞ, KÜLTÜR AŞ, METRO İSTANBUL, BELBİM, BOĞAZİÇİ MANAGEMENT, HALK EKMEK, HAMİDİYE, İGÜDAŞ, İSPERRJ, İSTANBUL, İSTANBUL It will be held with the support of İSYÖN, SPORT ISTANBUL, ŞEHİR HATLARI, ULAŞIM AŞ, UGETAM and İSPARK. The first concert of “Sahnem Istanbul”, of which KÜLTÜR AŞ is both a supporter and an organization, will be held on 26 July.

The “My Stage Istanbul” project includes musicians who applied for the #IstanbulBirSahne open call held by IMM in March 2021. Approximately 3 musicians who applied for this open call met with Istanbulites within the scope of #IstanbulBirSahne concerts between June 5 and July 16, in line with their application order. In order to increase the support given to the musicians who are among the groups most affected by the pandemic, the Sahnem Istanbul project was implemented as the second phase of the project with the support of İBB affiliates.
