IMM will organize "Outdoor Summer Children's Activities" to turn children's summer holidays into fun. All four corners of the city will host unique experiences and physical activities from July 31 to September 3, 2021.
Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality (IMM) continues its rich summer programs for children with a new series. Aiming to help children grow up with sports and embrace a healthy future, İBB subsidiary SPORT ISTANBUL is launching an activity series that encourages the physical activities of inactive children. After the fun-filled Children's Carnival, the Nature Camp that instills a love of nature in children, the Outdoor Summer Children's Activities to be held all over Istanbul will start on Saturday, July 31st.
Outdoor Summer Children's Activities will continue for a month at 8 different locations in Istanbul. Within the scope of the series, activities will be held in 6 branches. Their physical and mental development will be supported by sailing, canoeing, rowing, orienteering, cycling and chess activities. Children 13-14 years old in canoeing, sailing, rowing; Children in the 7-14 age group can participate in orienteering, cycling and chess.
Open Air Summer Children's Events, where registrations are made on the website of SPOR ISTANBUL, will be held at the following points:
- Beylikduzu – Bicycle
- Atatürk Urban Forest – Cycling and Orienteering
- Kemerburgaz Urban Forest – Orienteering
- Eagle – Chess, Bicycle
- Maltepe Orhangazi City Park – Bicycle, Orienteering, Rowing, Canoe
- Kalamis – Sailing
- Golden Horn – Canoe and Sea Rowing
