The influx of visitors continues to Gökmen Aerospace Training Center (GUHEM), Turkey's first space and aviation themed training center. Speaking at the meeting where BTSO council members met in GUHEM, BTSO Chairman İbrahim Burkay said that GUHEM, which is also included in Turkey's National Space Program, will add an important vision to young people with high enthusiasm in the field of space and aviation.

GUHEM, which was brought to Bursa as the largest space and aviation training center in Europe, with the support of the Ministry of Industry and Technology under the leadership of Bursa Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BTSO) and with the cooperation of the Metropolitan Municipality under the coordination of TUBITAK, hosted BTSO Assembly members and their families. Speaking at the program attended by BTSO Assembly President Ali Uğur and Board Members, BTSO Chairman Burkay said that they are proud of implementing another exemplary project that will be written in the history of Bursa and the country's economy with GUHEM.

Reminding that GUHEM was one of the most important projects they designed in 2013, İbrahim Burkay said, “Our children who visit GUHEM, one of the few centers in the world, leave here with a brand new perspective and great excitement. GUHEM, which is also included in the National Space Program of our country, is among the largest centers in Europe and among the top 13 centers of the world in its field, with many mechanisms such as a flight school, mechatronics laboratory and simulators in an area of ​​5 thousand square meters. GUHEM will also be referred to as one of the symbolic projects of our Bursa with its unique architecture and aesthetics.” he said.
