The Industrial Robot Automation and Future Conference, which was held in cooperation with Hannover Fairs Turkey and ENOSAD (Industrial Automation Manufacturers Association), was held with the participation of nearly 38 industry professionals from 800 countries. At the conference, where Deputy Minister of Industry and Technology Hasan Büyükdede and MAKFED President Adnan Dalgakıran attended as keynote speakers, the importance of automation technologies in industrial production processes was emphasized.

The main speaker of the conference, Deputy Minister of Industry and Technology Hasan Büyükdede, emphasized the importance of robot automation for the country's industry. Büyükdede said, “In these days when digitalization is a part of life, automation technologies have quickly become indispensable in the production of equipment and devices that concern daily life, as well as in the production of all machinery and complete facilities we use in the industry. Now we manufacture every facility we build according to the 'minimum people, maximum efficiency' principle. As the Ministry, we support the manufacturers of robots and automation facilities with technology-oriented move programs. We provide serious support for the localization of equipment such as domestic chips, domestic robots and transfer equipment, sensors, servo motors, computers and cameras. We are determined to expand this area according to demand.”

Hasan Basri Kayakıran, Chairman of the Board of ENOSAD (Industrial Automation Manufacturers Association), who made the opening speech of the conference, stated that as an association, they attach importance to areas such as promotion, education, production and engineering, which are necessary to contribute to the healthy growth of the automation sector. Kayakıran said, “We contribute to the efforts of reducing all costs and increasing production with faster, more efficient and flexible production so that the industries we serve can win the global competition with the right product and good engineering works. As ENOSAD, we support and attach importance to online work during the fair and this new pandemic period. Considering that digital transformation is a situation that has just begun to mature in the world, turning this into an opportunity for Turkey and positioning our country as a technology base, especially software, is an issue that needs to be considered and invested."

At the conference, which was followed by 38 participants from 759 countries and in which 12 speakers from 34 brands, experts in their fields, took part in 43 separate sessions and panels, the conference, "Robot Use Experiences of Enterprises", "Robot Automation After the Pandemic: How Industrial Robots Are Spreading in SMEs?", "Dissemination of Robot Use in Industry and Ease of Acquisition”, “Advanced Automation Strategies of Companies”, “Robot Automation of the Future and Complementary Technologies” and “The Rise of Automation: Hyper-Automation” were held.
