IMM President Ekrem İmamoğluhosted Jean-Baptiste Djebbari, Minister of State for Transport Affairs, in Saraçhane. Expressing his satisfaction with Minister Djebbari's visit, İmamoğlu said, “In an important city like Istanbul, we are meeting and managing with different institutions and organizations of France for very valuable cooperation.” Djebbari said, "I will be pleased to meet you, especially at this time when a 200-kilometer metro line is being built," and gave the message that their cooperation with IMM will continue.

Olivier Gauvin, Consul General of France in Istanbul, accompanied Minister Djebbari during his visit. Expressing his thanks to Djebbari and his team for their visit, İmamoğlu said, “We have very valuable cooperation with France, especially with our consulate general and embassy. At the same time, in an important city like Istanbul, we are meeting and managing different institutions and organizations in France for very valuable cooperation. We are happy with it. For better collaborations, of course, there are studies for development," he said.
“Istanbul is the focal point of Turkey-France relations”
Stating that he had been in France at the invitation of Paris Mayor Anne Hidalgo before, İmamoğlu said, “I hope we will meet in France and we will ensure the continuation of these beautiful collaborations together. Because Istanbul is the focal point of Turkey-France relations. Being managers who contribute to this in this century is a valuable behavior for all of us. I hope these relations will continue for centuries.”
Djebbari conveyed his feelings to the IMM diary
Expressing his pleasure to be in Turkey and Istanbul, Jean-Baptiste Djebbari said, “I had talks about the sea route and ports in the morning. We will have the opportunity to discuss the issues on the agenda. We will also be pleased to meet with you on cooperation between our countries.
