Hyundai, the most talked-about brand of recent days with its high-performance N models, this time attracted all the attention with the 280 hp N version of Elantra, its representative in the C sedan segment. The car, which is called the hot sedan, gives a very different identity to the most well-known Hyundai model, the Elantra. The Elantra N, which is extremely suitable for daily use, is produced very differently from the standard model. The car, which has a dynamic driving ability, comes with an aggressive design. More than 40 elements played a role in the development of Elantra N. Displaying an impressive character for users who love fast cars, the car also stands out as Hyundai's first high-performance sedan.

The Elantra N is produced with a 2.0-liter turbocharged engine. This engine, unlike the standard 2.0-liter Hyundai engines, has a 52 mm diameter turbo blade. In addition, both the performance and durability of the engine have been increased, along with the shape and material of the cylinder head. As a result, a maximum power output from around 5.500 rpm is achieved for effective acceleration, combined with the new generation turbo engine technology.

Elantra N's 280 horsepower engine also offers a maximum torque of 392 Nm. With this incredible torque value, Elantra N transmits its power to the front tires with an 8-speed, wet-type dual-clutch transmission (DCT), while at the same time increasing its turbo pressure with N Grin Shift (NGS), it instantly increases its power up to 290 hp. As a result, the Elantra N reaches a top speed of 250 km/h and completes 0-100 km/h in just 5,3 seconds.

This lively driving performance of the Elantra N, and especially its dynamism in the corners, is provided by the e-LSD (electronic Limited Slip Differential) offered as standard. In addition to this feature, performance driving is supported by the Variable Exhaust Valve System and Launch Control. At the same time, Elantra N comes with a powerful braking system in parallel with its high-performance engine. It has 360 mm diameter brake discs at the front and rear and ventilation channels to cool these discs.

Elantra N is produced with special equipment for driving pleasure. N Sound Equalizer (NSE) provides the engine and exhaust sounds of the Elantra TCR racing car, allowing the driver to hear a more realistic and dynamic engine sound. Finally, the Elantra N is the first N model to use Michelin PS19S tires wrapped around its 4-inch wheels to support dynamic driving performance.

The interior, which is unique to N models, is also seen in Elantra. Elements such as N steering wheel, N gear lever, N Racing seats, N door protection panels and N metal pedals make the car a very different atmosphere than the current Elantra model. Thanks to the N Mode on the 10.25 inch infotainment screen, all the dynamics and DNA of the vehicle can be changed electronically and different driving modes can be selected instantly.
