Established under the leadership of Bursa Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BTSO), Turkey's first interactive space and aviation themed training center GUHEM opens its doors on Saturday, June 26th. The center will host its visitors between 27:11.00 and 16.00:XNUMX from Tuesday to Sunday, except on Sunday, June XNUMX, when there is a curfew.

Under the leadership of BTSO, with the support of the Ministry of Industry and Technology, with the cooperation of Bursa Metropolitan Municipality and TÜBİTAK, the official opening of GUHEM was held in October last year with a ceremony attended by the Minister of Industry and Technology Mustafa Varank.

The Center, which could not host its visitors for a while due to the pandemic, opens its doors to its visitors before the full opening, which will begin on July 1. GUHEM will host its visitors between 27:11.00 and 16.00:19 from Tuesday to Sunday, except Sunday, June XNUMX. It will be possible to enter the Center, where all necessary measures are taken against the Kovid-XNUMX epidemic, with the Hayat Eve Sığar (HES) Code.

AVIATION ON THE FIRST FLOOR, SPACE THEME ON THE SECOND FLOOR

On the first floor of the airship-shaped building, the theme of aviation is handled, and on the upper floor, the space theme. Established on an area of ​​13 square meters, GUHEM includes 500 interactive mechanisms and various simulators in 15 different themes. On the first floor, aeronautical setups, aircraft simulators, a full-size A-154 aircraft model; On the second floor, which is accessed by an elevator that looks like a spacecraft, information about astronomical mechanisms, atmospheric events, the solar system, the possibility of life on other planets, life in the international space station and space are presented.

CLOSE TO 160 INTERACTIVE EQUIPMENTS

“Dream of Flight and Space Exploration”, “Fly a Model Plane”, “How Propellers Work”, “Piston and Jet Engine”, “Program a Space Explorer”, “Robots on Mars”, “Rocket Models”, “Mercury Program” Launching Experience", "Vostok1 Control Module", and many other experimental setups, the center is preparing to offer interesting experiences to its visitors. The center also has a special area for children aged 3-6.

AVIATION ACADEMY

It is planned to give special trainings with simulators at the Aviation Academy, which was established on the first floor of the center. GAF RF-1993 E Phantom II reconnaissance and bomber aircraft, which took part in many operations from 2007 to 4 within the Ministry of National Defense, are also exhibited at GUHEM.
