A total of 10 Assistant Inspectors will be recruited, and the issues related to the exam are as follows:
TERMS OF ATTENDING THE EXAM
Candidates applying for the exam must meet the following requirements:
a) İller Bankası A.Ş. To have the general conditions in the Human Resources Regulation;
1) Being a citizen of the Republic of Turkey,
2) Not to be prohibited from public rights,
3) Even if the periods specified in Article 26 of the Turkish Penal Code dated 9/2004/5237 and numbered 53 have passed; crimes against the security of the state, crimes against the constitutional order and the functioning of this order, embezzlement, extortion, bribery, theft, fraud, forgery, abuse of trust, Not to be convicted of fraudulent bankruptcy, bid rigging, rigging of performance, laundering property values arising from crime or smuggling,
4) For male candidates, not having any interest in military service, having done or postponed regular military service,
5) Not having any compulsory service obligation to other public or private institutions and organizations,
6) Without prejudice to the provisions of the legislation regarding the employment of disabled personnel, not to have a mental illness that may prevent them from working continuously in the country and abroad,
7) Not being dismissed from their previous workplaces due to disciplinary action,
8) Not to be prohibited from working in the financial sector and banks in accordance with the provisions of the relevant legislation,
b) To be under the age of 35 at the beginning of January of the year in which the exam is opened,
c) Law, economics, business administration, finance, banking, public administration, civil engineering, computer engineering, electrical and electronic engineering departments of higher education institutions that provide at least 4 years of education, or those whose equivalence is approved by the Higher Education Council, To have completed one of the foreign faculties and higher education institutions,
ç) Being suitable for health status, climate changes and all kinds of travel conditions,
d) To have inspector character and qualifications,
e) To have the character and qualifications of an Inspector with his attitudes and behaviors,
f) Not to be convicted with a penalty that binds freedom, except for unintentional crimes,
g) Not to have taken the entrance exams opened by the Bank more than twice,
h) As a result of the Public Personnel Selection Exam (KPSS) held by the Turkish Republic Measurement, Selection and Placement Center (ÖSYM) in 2019 or 2020;
1) For graduates of Law, Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Banking and Public Administration departments and equivalent branches, to get at least 11 points from any of the KPSSP28, KPSSP33 or KPSSP80 score types and to be among the 30 candidates with the highest score in the ranking to be made among the applicants. ,
2) For graduates of Civil Engineering, to have received at least 1 points from the KPSSP80 Score type and to be among the top 50 candidates in the ranking to be made among the applicants,
3) For graduates of Computer Engineering or Electrical and Electronics Engineering, to have received at least 1 points from the KPSSP80 Score type and to be among the 20 candidates with the highest score in the ranking to be made among the applicants,

ı) To have obtained 60 points from the Foreign Language Proficiency Exam (YDS) in one of the languages English, French, German and Arabic within the last five years as of the date of announcement, or to be equivalent to it by the Assessment, Selection and Placement Center (ÖSYM) and with international validity. have the document
The points specified in subparagraphs (d) and (e) are valid only for candidates who have passed the written exam, and are determined by the inspection to be carried out by the Board of Inspectors before the oral exam.
APPLICATIONS
Candidates who want to take the exam must fill in the Job Request Form from the Bank's website (ilbank.gov.tr) between 17/06/2021 and 02/07/2021 and send it electronically, adding 4,5×6 passport photos in JPEG format. (The application of those who use photos that are not passport-sized and in different sizes will be considered invalid.)
