Folkart completed its 6th project in Çeşme in Boyalık, one of the most beautiful areas of the district. Folkart Boyalık Fountain has an investment value of 160 million liras, and there are 1 suites in 1+2, 1+3, 1+4 and 1+66 types in the project. The turnkey process of the residences in the project has started. Folkart Chairman of the Board of Directors Mesut Sancak said that they are proud of handing over the keys of the 15th project they have completed in İzmir. He noted that their project is Folkart Boyalık Çeşme. Pointing out that it is possible to reach Cesme from Istanbul in a short time like 6 hours with the Istanbul-Izmir Highway, Sancak said, “It is now much easier to get out of Istanbul and reach the endless blue of Cesme. Folkart Boyalık, where you can live 4 months of the year and enjoy Çeşme, has become one of our most beautiful boutique projects.” Congratulating those who contributed to the completion of the project, Mesut Sancak delivered the key to his suite to Mutlu Kasapoğlu, one of the first customers of the project. Kasapoğlu stated that the project is a very beautiful living center worthy of Çeşme and thanked those who contributed.
