Izmir Metropolitan Municipality's Grand Plaza company won the tender opened by the Regional Directorate of Forestry for the operation of the facility, which was used as a sanatorium on Yamanlar Mountain but was abandoned years ago. Stating that they cannot consent to the decay of such a facility, which is of great importance for İzmir, the President Tunç Soyer, said that after the contract to be signed, they will start the necessary investments immediately.
On behalf of Izmir Metropolitan Municipality, Grand Plaza company won the Yamanlar Mountain Nature Park Management tender, which was held for the second time by the 4th Regional Directorate of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry. With the notification letter sent by the Ministry, Grand Plaza A.Ş. officials were invited to sign the contract. It has been announced that the work will start immediately after the contract to be signed in the coming days regarding the tender.

Tender done for the second time
Grand Plaza company, which also participated in the first tender held on February 4, 4 by the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry 2021th Regional Directorate İzmir Branch Office for the operation of the land and facilities on Yamanlar Mountain, which was used as a sanatorium in the past, was the only participant to bid. However, the offer was not accepted on the grounds that it did not meet the criteria of work experience documents with accommodation specified in the technical specifications and tender notice. The only participant of the tender, which was held for the second time on April 21, after the conditions were revised by the Ministry, was again Grand Plaza.
