After the Cabinet meeting, President Erdoğan announced the new normalization decisions that will come into effect from 1 July. According to this; With the restrictions on intercity travel, which started on April 27, the restrictions on urban public transportation, which started on April 14, will end. Thus, citizens under the age of 18 and over the age of 65 will be able to freely use public transport from 1 July.

After the critical Cabinet meeting, President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan announced that some relaxations were made in the measures taken against the coronavirus.

Announcing that the relaxation in restrictions will begin on July 1, President Erdoğan said, “With the restrictions on inter-city travel, the restrictions on urban public transportation come to an end.”

Accordingly, the restrictions imposed on citizens over the age of 14 and under the age of 65 since April 20 will be lifted as of July 1. On the other hand, the travel restriction between cities, which started on April 27, will end on July 1.
