According to the Communiqué published in the Official Gazette by the Ministry of Treasury and Finance Revenue Administration (GİB) on amending the Tax Procedure Law General Communiqué published in February of this year, as of July 1, 2021, those who signed a contract with the Social Security Institution (SGK) health care providers and all taxpayers who supply medical supplies and drugs, active substances (pharmacies, hearing aid centers, radio-therapy centers, opticians, imaging centers, drug stores, dialysis centers, hospitals, medical centers, branch centers, laboratories, medical devices) vendors, orthopedic device vendors, physical therapy centers, spas) are obliged to switch to the e-Invoice application on July 1, 2021.
