The decision to extend the application period within the scope of the law known as 'Asset Peace' in the public was published in the Official Gazette today. With the decision published with the signature of President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, the application period has been extended by 6 months.
The duration of the "Asset Peace" was extended by another 4196 months, with the Decision No. 193 on the Extension of the Terms in the First, Second and Fifth Paragraphs of the Provisional Article 93 of the Income Tax Law No.
The duration of the asset peace, which aims to bring assets abroad into the economy, was ending as of 30 June.
Within the scope of asset peace, money, gold, foreign exchange, securities and other capital market instruments can be brought to Turkey without being subject to tax inspection.
