İBB subsidiary KİPTAŞ continues its works on the road of urban transformation. A groundbreaking ceremony will be held in Bağcılar, one of the busiest areas of Istanbul, with the participation of İBB President Ekrem İmamoğlu. Within the scope of the project, 250 independent units and a nursery will be put into service.
KİPTAŞ, one of the subsidiary companies of Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality (İBB), works non-stop to find solutions to urban transformation problems in the city. Continuing its work in As Fatih Kent Sitesi in Bağcılar, one of the most populated areas of the city, KİPTAŞ is laying the foundation of its new project, Bağcılar Kiraz Evler.
KIRAZLI'S NURSERY GOOD LUCK
With the project to be built on the site of the As Fatih Kent site, about a thousand people living in risky buildings will begin the countdown for a safe life. KİPTAŞ Bağcılar Kiraz Evler, designed as a closed site, consists of 4 residences and 250 kindergarten in 1 blocks. The common open area in the middle of the blocks was equipped with landscape elements such as a children's playground, sports area, sitting areas and ornamental pool. The 2-storey social facility was also associated with this area. In addition, in the project, there will be a parking lot for each flat, with 201 indoor and 49 outdoor.
