In mortgage sales, Istanbul ranked first with 2 residential sales and a 210% share. While there were no mortgaged house sales in Hakkari and Şırnak provinces, 20,9 mortgaged house was sold in Ardahan.
Buca ranks first in house sales
In the districts with a population of over 150 thousand and a high number of house sales, the highest number of house sales in İzmir was realized in Buca in May 2021. While 378 houses were sold in Buca, Buca was followed by 290 houses. KarşıyakaÇiğli with 277 house sales, Torbalı with 271 house sales, Karabağlar with 226 house sales, Menemen with 200 house sales, Konak with 173 house sales, Bornova with 166 house sales and 144 house sales Bayraklı followed.
