Amendments to the Principles Regarding Employment of Contracted Personnel published in the Official Gazette dated 657 and numbered 4, to be employed in Dicle University hospitals and to be employed full-time in accordance with Article 28.06.2007 (B) of the Civil Servants Law No. 26566, with their expenses covered from the Special Budget. According to paragraph (b) of Annex 2 of the Principles on the Principles, on the basis of KPSS (B) group score, contracted personnel with the following titles and qualifications will be recruited.

I – GENERAL AND SPECIAL CONDITIONS
1 – To meet the conditions specified in Article 657 of the Civil Servants Law No. 48.
2 – Even if the periods specified in Article 53 of the Turkish Penal Code have passed, a prison sentence of 1 (one) year or more for an intentionally committed crime or even if pardoned, crimes against the security of the State Offenses against the constitutional order and the functioning of this order Crimes against national defense, crimes against state secrets and espionage, embezzlement, embezzlement, bribery, theft, fraud, forgery, breach of trust, fraud, bankruptcy, bid rigging, rigging of performance, laundering of property values arising from crime or smuggling. not to be condemned

4 – Not receiving retirement or old-age pension from any Social Security Institution.
5 – Candidates; Article 657/B of the Civil Servants Law No. 4 states that, "In case the contracts of those employed in this way are terminated by their institutions due to their violation of the principles of the service contract and they terminate the contract unilaterally within the contract period, excluding the exceptions determined by the Council of Ministers Decision, unless one year has passed from the date of termination, they cannot be employed in personnel positions”.
6 – For men; not to be involved in military service, to have performed active military service or to be postponed or transferred to the reserve class
7 – The contracts of those who do not fulfill the conditions specified in the service contract to be signed with the candidates will be terminated.
8 – Those who have been dismissed from their institutions or whose contracts have been terminated unilaterally within the scope of the Decree-Law cannot apply.
9 – Absence of an obstacle to working on duty.
10 – Those who have been dismissed from public service by various decrees cannot apply.
II – DOCUMENTS TO BE ADDED TO THE SYSTEM IN ONLINE APPLICATION
1 – Application Form (to be filled online from the system)
2 – Identity card will be scanned and added.
3 – Diploma or Provisional graduation certificate (notarized or barcoded e-Government print will be accepted.)
4 – 2020 KPSS(P3) for undergraduate graduates, 2020 KPSS (P93) for associate degree graduates and 2020 KPSS-P94 score type exam result document for high school will be withdrawn from the system.
5 – Graduation degree certificate from the Undergraduate Program-transcript 100 system (for pharmacist)
6 – Approved document or certificate showing work experience, if required in the title applied
The online application system of Dicle University on the web address pbs.dicle.edu.tr will be filled in completely and correctly, and the application will be made electronically, together with the attachment of the required documents. Applications will be made online at our University's pbs.dicle.edu.tr address within 10 (ten) days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette. (The application deadline is until 23.59.) Candidates can only apply to one of the announced positions. (Both applications of candidates who apply for more than one position will be deemed invalid.) Applications made by the candidates in person or by mail will not be accepted.
III – EVALUATION OF APPLICATIONS AND ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE RESULTS
After the applications made in the electronic environment are examined, written and oral exams are taken.
Based on the 2020 KPSS (P3) for undergraduate graduates, 2020 KPSS (P93) for associate degree graduates, and 2020 KPSS-P94 for high school, the main candidates and 3 times the reserve candidates will be determined.
Placement results will be announced in the announcements section of our university's website dicle.edu.tr within 15 (fifteen) business days. If the main candidates do not apply for appointment, the alternate winners will be called in order. If there is no applicant among the main winners in due time or if it is determined that they do not meet the required conditions, substitute candidates will be placed in order. Since this announcement will be in the nature of notification, no separate notification will be made. The contracts of those who are found to do not meet the required conditions will be terminated. After the evaluation, those determined as original and backup will be published on our website.
