Preparations have started before the groundbreaking ceremony to be held on Saturday for the Kanal Istanbul project, which AKP President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said, "We will do it out of spite."
The construction site for the Sazlıdere Bridge, which is the beginning stage of the Kanal Istanbul project, which the AKP did not give up despite the reactions and warnings, was established in the past weeks.
A groundbreaking ceremony will be held at the construction site on June 26 with the participation of President of the AKP, Recep Tayyip Erdoğan. Preparations in the pre-ceremony area are also in progress.
