Building Permits of Emlak Konut's Meydan Başakşehir Project Have Been Obtained

Building licenses for the Meydan Başakşehir project of Emlak Konut Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı A.Ş. were obtained.

In the statement made to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP), "One of our company's projects, Başak Mahallesi, Istanbul Başakşehir İkitelli, 2nd stage revenue sharing business in return for land sales (Meydan Başakşehir), 1442 residences and 1 units located on plot 157, 72 parcel. Construction licenses for a total of 229 independent sections consisting of commercial units were obtained on 17.06.2021. The total number of independent sections within the scope of the project was 509.” it was said.
