The main streets of Mudanya district, which is the most important gate of Bursa opening to the coast and where heavy traffic is experienced especially in the summer months, is renewed completely with the works carried out by Bursa Metropolitan Municipality and the Regional Directorate of Highways.
Bursa Metropolitan Municipality, which has made significant investments in every field such as new roads, road widening, bridges and intersections, rail systems in order to minimize the problems caused by transportation and traffic in Bursa, on the other hand, continues to improve the existing roads in both the city center and 17 districts. . Within the scope of these works, road renewal works were accelerated in Mudanya district, which is the gateway of Bursa to the coast and whose population increases exponentially in summer months. With the works to be carried out by the Metropolitan Municipality in cooperation with the Regional Directorate of Highways, it was first started from Halitpaşa Street. This stage of the study will be carried out entirely by the Highways and the asphalt will be renewed from the beginning on the approximately 2-kilometer route covering Halitpaşa and Mustafa Kemal Paşa Streets from BUDO Pier to Yıldız Tepe.
Metropolitan is active
While asphalt excavation is completed in the work of the Regional Directorate of Highways, asphalting will begin after the ground improvement. After the asphalting works on Halitpaşa and Mustafa Kemal Pasa Streets are completed, the Metropolitan Municipality will enter the circuit. The renovation work of İpar Street, which is the arrival direction from Yıldız Tepe to the BUDO pier, will also be carried out by the Metropolitan Municipality. In this study, the approximately 2-kilometer route on İpar Street is expected to be asphalted from the ground up. With the completion of the work on both streets, Mudanya district will go to the summer with renewed roads from scratch.
