İzmir Metropolitan Municipality continues its infrastructure works, which started on April 28, at Halit Ziya Boulevard, which connects Fevzi Paşa Boulevard and Gazi Boulevard, within the scope of the First Stage Interception Infrastructure Project aimed at preventing floods in Kemeraltı during heavy rainfall. Due to the works on the avenue used by vehicles going from Mustafa Kemal Sahil Boulevard to Alsancak, the traffic flow from a single lane was reorganized in accordance with the request of the Traffic Inspection Branch Directorate of the Izmir Police Department in order to reduce the traffic congestion on Fevzi Paşa Boulevard and to provide the necessary safety during the works. It has been reported that Halit Ziya Boulevard will be closed to traffic as of tomorrow (Monday, May 24).
Atatürk Boulevard, which is used by vehicles that want to go to Alsancak from Mustafa Kemal Sahil Boulevard, between 07.30-10.30, Halit Ziya Boulevard will be closed to traffic and can be used between 07.30 and 16.00. After 16.00:XNUMX, vehicles will go to Alsancak via Basmane. Temporary traffic pattern will last for a month.
