Streaming rate of Star Wars soundtracks on Deezer HiFi has increased by 2019 percent since January 184.
The soundtrack of the movie 'The Rise of Starwalker', the last movie of the Star Wars Series, became the favorite Star Wars Soundtrack album by Deezer HiFi users from January 2019 to April 2021. The album was 12 percent more listened to favorite soundtracks such as Star Wars: The Emperor (The Empire Strikes Back) and Star Wars: A New Hope. In Turkey, the most popular Star Wars music album was “The Empire Strikes Back”.
Deezer, the global music streaming service, has listed the most streamed HiFi soundtracks of the Star Wars Series all over the world on the occasion of Star Wars Day on May 4. Starting with the most listened, the list of favorites is as follows:
- The Rise of Skywalker
- The Empire Strikes Back
- The Phantom Menace
- To New Hope
- The Force Awakens
- Revenge of the Sith
- The Last Jedi
- Attack of the Clones
- Return of the Jedi
Despite being declared one of the least popular films in the series, The Phantom Menace - The Phantom Menace, became the third favorite soundtrack. This happened thanks to the epic notes played during the intense lightsaber duel in the middle of the movie. This modern classic piece highlights the excitement of the crucial battle between Duel of the Fates Obi Wan Kenobi, Qui Gon Jinn and Darth Maul.
Star Wars Orchestra will be able to rest almost live
Star Wars fans, who prefer superior sound quality, relive the most exciting moments of the movie while listening to Hi-Fi. The sound quality of the enchanting orchestral performances led to a 30 percent rest increase on Star Wars Day last year. Between January 2019 and April 2021, the rest of the soundtrack of the Star Wars movie series increased by 184 percent. Deezer Soundtrack Editor Antoine Jaeger says that listening to Star Wars soundtracks in high quality with the right equipment means you can hear all the rich details that could possibly go unnoticed with normal sound quality. “The moment you close your eyes, you will feel like in a concert hall and hear John Williams conducting the London Symphony Orchestra live,” says Jaeger.
