The construction works on the 7-kilometer Anafartalar - City Hospital-YHT Gar Tram Line, which was designed by the Kayseri Metropolitan Municipality and started to be built by the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure, are continuing feverishly.
President Dr. Memduh Büyükkılıç stated that they are continuing their efforts to offer more comfortable, safer and faster transportation to the service of citizens, and stated that the construction of the Belsin Anafartalar-YHT Gar Tram Line project, whose foundation was laid on November 21, is continuing smoothly as planned.
Mayor Büyükkılıç stated that in the scope of the project, intensive work has been spent to add Belsin Anafartalar-YHT Gar Tram Line to the existing rail system lines extending from the Organized Industrial Zone to İldem and Talas, “This line is the Anafartalar Stop of the existing tram line in Kayseri. From there, it comes to the Intercity Terminal, from there it passes by our Sugar Factory, in front of our City Hospital, which is our pride, Nuh Naci Yazgan comes to the planned area called High Speed Train Station next to our University. "This 7-kilometer rail system project will create a very functional transportation infrastructure."
Mayor Büyükkılıç stated that following the opening of the fourth leaf on the overpass of the City Hospital, which is the gift of President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan to Kayseri, the tram line will also be activated in front of the hospital, which will provide great convenience in transportation to the hospital.
Emphasizing that they will weave the city from north to south and from east to west, Büyükkılıç stated that a more comfortable public transportation service will be provided with the completion of the projects and stated that the citizens deserve the better of everything.
