Derya Yanık, Minister of Family and Social Services, announced that home care assistance payments made to provide economic support to disabled citizens and their families in need of care will be made before the Ramadan Feast.
Minister Yanık said that supporting disabled individuals in need of care alongside their families is their primary goal. Saying that they prioritize family unity in every field while setting up social service models, Yanık stated that they also support citizens who have a disabled relative in need of care with home care assistance and who cannot work because they take care of them.
"We are making Home Care Assistance payments today"
Noting that the home care assistance payments in May coincide with the Ramadan Feast, Minister Yanık said that the payment date was brought forward in order to support families in need before the holiday. "We are making Home Care Assistance payments today," said Minister Yanık.
536 thousand citizens will benefit from home care assistance
Emphasizing that 536 thousand disabled citizens will benefit from home care assistance, Minister Yanık said that 888,5 million TL will be paid in May in this context.
Wishing that the payments will be beneficial for all disabled citizens, Minister Yanık said, “I congratulate our disabled citizens and their families on the blessed Ramadan Feasts. In addition, I hope that the week of May 10-16, we are in, will be an occasion for 'Accessible Turkey, Life Without Barriers' ”.
How to Inquiry for Disabled Home Care Pension
The home care salary payment information, which can be viewed on the E-Government portal of the Ministry of Family and Social Services, can also be inquired via SMS via Ziraat Bank.
Those who receive their salaries through Ziraat Bank can get information about whether their salaries are paid by writing BAKIYE in capital letters and sending it to 4747.
