The 2 × 4 lane Cebeci Tunnel, which is the most important structure of this section and will feature the longest tunnel in Istanbul, has a total length of 3.815 meters, including the cut-and-cover structures, the left tube is 4 meters, the right tube is 5 meters, ”he said. .

We will facilitate the transportation of the vehicles coming from the direction of Fatih Sultan Mehmet Bridge by using the 2nd Ring Road to Başakşehir, Kayaşehir, Arnavutköy, which are the dense residential areas of Istanbul, and Başakşehir Çam and Sakura City Hospital and İkitelli OIZ region. 2. We will create a fast, comfortable and safe new transportation alternative between Hasdal Junction, which has the highest traffic volume of the ring road, and Mahmutbey West Junction. “With this 13 km section, the contract of which was signed on April 2021, 45, the total length of the highway will reach 443,4 km. With the direct connection to Hadımköy (Nakkaş) - Başakşehir highway, which will be started in the near future, a new transportation axis will be created between the 7nd Ring Road and settlements such as Başakşehir, Bahçeşehir, Kayaşehir and the industrial areas in this vicinity. In the Northern Marmara Region, the main transportation arteries in the east-west direction are separated from the regional traffic and the intercity and international traffic passing through the region, thereby increasing the service quality and safety in transportation. Thus, transportation from Istanbul to Kocaeli and Sakarya provinces with dense industrial and industrial areas will be easier, and the travel time between Istanbul and Ankara will be shortened. "

"In addition, thanks to this highway, a total of 1 billion 650 million TL will be saved annually, including 830 billion 2 million TL from time, 480 million TL from fuel, and carbon emission will be reduced by 350 thousand 960 tons."
