Otokar, one of the Koç Group companies, continues its climb in the ISO Top 53 Industrial Enterprises survey organized by the Istanbul Chamber of Industry (ISO) for 500 years. According to the results of 2020, where Turkey's giant companies are listed, Otokar climbed 9 steps and ranked 83rd.

Otokar, Turkey's leading automotive and defense industry company, operating in more than 5 countries on 60 continents with its own intellectual property rights, continues its successful rise in the list of “Turkey's 500 Largest Industrial Enterprises” prepared by the Istanbul Chamber of Industry.

In line with the production and sales it carried out in 2020, Otokar climbed 500 steps in ISO's Top 9 Industrial Enterprises research. The company, which declared last year's turnover as 20 billion TL with an increase of 2,9 percent, increased its net profit to 76 million TL with an increase of 618 percent. Focusing on export and promotional activities with the goal of becoming a global brand, Otokar increased the share of exports in turnover to 2020 percent with an export of 307 million USD in 75. Otokar ranked 500rd in the ISO 2020 83 list, where Turkey's giant companies are listed.

Otokar, a company with 10% domestic capital and breaking grounds since its establishment, stands out with its R&D studies carried out at international standards. The company allocates approximately 8 percent of its turnover to R&D activities in the last XNUMX years.
