Last Minute: Circular for the families of martyrs from the Internal Affairs

The Ministry of Interior sent a holiday circular to the governorships of 81 provinces. According to the circular, the families of the martyrs will be exempted from the curfew in terms of martyrdom visits on the first day of the eve and Eid al-Fitr.

The Ministry of Interior sent a circular about “Visits of Martyr Families from the Cemetery” to 81 Provincial Governorships.

In the circular, it was stated that the martyrdom visits of our sainted martyrs who sacrificed their lives for the "integrity of our country" and "the unity of our nation" and drink the sherbet of martyrdom on the occasion of religious holidays are special times.

In the circular, which stated that the main responsibility of being a state is to respond to these justified demands of our martyred families, taking into account the measures to combat the epidemic, and to ensure that they meet with their martyrs with peace of mind, the following points were stated:

Our martyred families will be exempted from the curfew in terms of martyrdom visits on the first day of Eid ul-Fitr and Eid al-Fitr.

Before the festival, the maintenance / repair and cleaning works of all martyrs' graves will be completed by the governorships / district governorships in coordination with the relevant institutions.

Our martyred families will be able to visit the cemetery at any time on the specified days, in line with their own wishes and possibilities.

Under the coordination of governors and district governors, provincial / district police directorates or gendarmerie commands will contact our martyr families in their provinces / districts in advance, and if necessary, transportation vehicles and accompanying personnel will be assigned for the visits of our martyrs' families to the cemetery.

Necessary coordination with the provincial / district mufti offices will be provided by the governorships / district governorships to make prayers read by the religious officials at the martyrdom.

In order for our martyred families to carry out their martyrdom visits in peace, necessary sensitivity will be shown by the governors and district governors and law enforcement units.
