Ankara Metropolitan Municipality continues maintenance and repair works on roads and bridges in the center and districts in its area of responsibility in order to ensure safe driving. The Department of Urban Aesthetics, which includes 13 bridges across the city within the scope of joint renovation program; Dumlupınar Boulevard, in front of Mesa, will carry out an expansion joint repair for 6 days from 9 May on the Bağlıca return bridge, and for 7 days from May 10 on the Mithatpaşa Bridge. Bridges will be closed to traffic during the works.

The Department of Urban Aesthetics, which has pressed the button for joint renovation work on 13 bridges across the city; Completed the expansion joint renovation of Şaşmaz Boulevard Industrial Entrance, Yunus Emre Bridge, Ibni Sina Bridge, Farabi Bridge and Ümitköy Bridge. The teams of the Department of Urban Aesthetics will now start the expansion joint renovation on Dumlupınar Bridge and Mithatpaşa Bridge.
MORE WORK WILL BE STARTED ON 7 BRIDGES
The joint renewal works that started on Dumlupınar Boulevard, in front of Mesa, on the Bağlıca return bridge, on May 6, will take 9 days.
While the drivers are informed through the social media accounts of the Metropolitan Municipality, the teams will also perform joint renewal works on the Mithatpaşa Bridge for 7 days starting from May 10. Both bridges will be closed to vehicle traffic during the joint renewal works initiated to ensure safe and uninterrupted driving.
The Metropolitan Municipality will start the expansion joint renovation of the following 7 bridges in the upcoming period:
- Dogukent Boulevard Imrahor Bridge
- Söğütözü National Will Bridge
- Ümitköy Mexico Street Bridge
- Ankara Boulevard Tigem Front Bridge
- Diskapi Bridge
- İvedik Seyran Return Bridge
- Kayaş Ring Road Connection Bridge
