The 3rd Stage Rail System Project of Antalya Metropolitan Municipality, which will provide comfort and fast transportation in urban public transportation, continues at full speed. While the construction works between Kepez - Konyaaltı Street are completed, the works continue at Batı Station with the tunnel connection that will connect the 1st and 3rd stage rail system lines.

The 3rd Stage Rail System Project, which will connect Varsak, which will strengthen the public transportation network of the Metropolitan Municipality, with the Bus Station, Antalya Education Research Hospital and the city center, is approaching the end stage. The 7-kilometer section from Kepez Sports Facilities Station to Konyaaltı Caddesi Antalya Museum has been completed and electromechanical works are ongoing. All of the underpasses at the Bus Station Junction, located in the direction of Fatih District to Çallı direction, have been completed and opened to traffic. Within the scope of the project, the reinforced concrete production of the underground passages connecting the 1st Stage to the 3rd Stage continues at full speed.

In the 1st Stage Rail System pedestrian connection tunnel, fine and mechanical work is done in the first 4 blocks, and reinforced concrete fabrications are made in the fifth block. While the reinforced concrete productions and backfilling of Batı Station are completed, the mechanical works in the station continue. The tram stops on Dumlupınar Boulevard and 2 overpasses with disabled elevators and escalators to ensure safe pedestrian access across the street were also opened to pedestrian traffic.

TRAMWAY LINE IS TREATED

Within the scope of the 3rd Stage Rail System Project, the afforestation of the medians on the tram route of the Metropolitan Municipality Park Gardens and Gardens Department continues. The teams plant citrus and benjamin trees in the middle and side medians along the route line and carry out landscape work.
