Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure KPSS 2021/4 Placement Results Announced

The results of KPSS 2021/4, which closely concern the contracted personnel candidates to be appointed to the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure, were announced by ÖSYM. The Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure personnel recruitment preferences were taken between 16 - 23 March 2021.

Announcement Regarding the Contracted Positions of the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure according to KPSS 2021/4 Placement Results;

According to KPSS 31.03.2021/2021 placement results announced by ÖSYM on Wednesday, 4, candidates who have been placed in contracted positions of our Ministry, Friday, April 16, 2021 by preparing the following documents until the end of the working day, “Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure, General Directorate of Personnel, Hakkı Turayliç Caddesi No: 5 Emek Çankaya / ANKARA”In person or by shipment (APS / Cargo / Mail applications made by the Ministry will not be responsible for the delays that may occur).

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED

1. Appointment application form ( http://www.uab.gov.tr can be obtained from the internet address or the General Directorate of Personnel),
2. Original or certified copy of diploma or graduation certificate (Original or approved copy of diploma equivalence certificate for graduates of educational institutions abroad accepted by Higher Education Council, http://www.turkiye.gov.tr Barcoded graduate certificate printed through the e-state gate),
3. KPSS 2021/4 results and placement document, computerized with verification code,
4. Photocopy of the Identity Card / Identity Card containing the Turkish Identity Number,
5. Barcode status certificate issued by authorized military branches for male applicants or printed out via e-government gate (demobilization certificate for candidates who have completed their military service),
6. A document from the Public Prosecutor's Office indicating that there is no criminal record taken in the last three months or a forensic record document with barcode printed out through the e-government gate,
7. 2 passport size photographs (4,5 × 6 size, taken in the last 6 months in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation on the Dress and Dress of the Personnel Working in Public Institutions and Organizations),
8. 3628 and the Declaration of Goods to be filled in by the provisions of the Regulation on the Declaration of Goods (Our Ministry) http://www.uab.gov.tr It can be obtained from the internet address or from the General Directorate of Personnel, it will be filled in both sides and put in a sealed envelope and the TR number and the Name and Surname will be written on the envelope
9. Ethical Contract of Public Officials (Ministry of Health) http://www.uab.gov.tr can be obtained from the internet address or the General Directorate of Personnel),
10. Health Declaration (Petition stating that there is no disease or disability that may prevent him / her from performing his / her duty continuously in any climate conditions, http://www.uab.gov.tr can be obtained from the internet address or the General Directorate of Personnel),
11. Address Statement (Ministry of Health) http://www.uab.gov.tr can be obtained from the internet address or the General Directorate of Personnel),
12. Candidates who have worked or are working in Public Institutions and Organizations must bring an approved service certificate from their institutions (those who worked according to the article 657 / B of the Civil Servants Law No. 4, indicating the title, duration and reason for leaving)
13. Insured Service Statement (barcoded document printed through the e-government portal will be accepted)

Candidates who have been placed in our Ministry are required to apply by providing the above-mentioned documents in full and in full.

Note: Applicants who fail to meet the conditions for appointment will lose all rights arising from placement. 

How to learn the Ministry of Transport KPSS Results?

Candidates will be able to receive the placement results by ÖSYM as of 31 on 2021 March 09.30.  result.osym.gov.tr They can access their website with their TR ID numbers and candidate passwords.
