In accordance with the Annex 375 article of the Decree Law No.6 and the Regulation on the Principles and Procedures for the Employment of Contracted IT Personnel in Large Scale Information Processing Units of the Turkish Court of Accounts, A total of 8 (seven) Contracted IT Personnel will be recruited for the positions specified in the table below, according to the order of success that will occur as a result of the oral exam.

2019% (seventy percent) of the KPSS P2020 score obtained in the Public Personnel Selection Exam (KPSS) held in 3 or 70, and the Foreign Language Proficiency Exam (YDS) held in English in the last five years or its equivalent of YDS accepted by the Council of Higher Education According to the ranking based on the sum of 30% (thirty percent) of the total score, starting from the candidate with the highest score, 5 (five) times more candidates will be invited to the oral exam to be held by our Agency.
The candidate who does not have a KPSS P3 score or does not submit a document will be evaluated as KPSS P3 score of 70 (seventy), and the foreign language score of the candidate who does not have a foreign language score or does not submit a document will be evaluated as 0 (zero). Contracted informatics personnel will be employed according to the order of success to be formed as a result of the oral exam.
a) To have the general conditions listed in Article 657 of the Civil Servants Law No. 48,
b) To be graduated from the four-year computer engineering, software engineering, electrical engineering, electronic engineering, electrical and electronic engineering and industrial engineering departments of the faculties or from higher education institutions abroad whose equivalence has been accepted by the Higher Education Council,
c) To have at least 5 (five) years of professional experience in software, software design and development and the management of this process or the installation and management of large-scale network systems, (In determining professional experience; (B) of Article 657 or the contractual status services subject to the Decree No. 4 and the service periods documented in the private sector as an informatics personnel by paying premiums to social security institutions are taken into consideration.)
d) To document that they know at least two of the current programming languages provided that they have knowledge about the hardware of the computer peripherals and the established network management and security,
e) Having the qualifications required by the service, the ability to judge and the ability to represent, to keep up with the busy pace of work and to be prone to teamwork,
f) For male candidates, having completed active military service, postponed or exempted from active military service or transferred to the reserve class.
METHOD OF APPLICATION, PLACE AND DATE
Candidates will be able to apply for only one of the posted positions.
