Ordu Metropolitan Municipality has started a work on the maintenance and repair of the Thursday pier, which threatens the safety of citizens.
Metropolitan Municipality continues its investments uninterruptedly in 19 districts. Bringing a vision to the districts with the projects it has implemented, the Metropolitan Municipality also attaches great importance to urban aesthetics.
THE PIER WILL BE SAFE
In this context, the Metropolitan Municipality, which has started work for the Thursday pier, will ensure that the pier, which does not have handrails and poses a danger to the citizens, will be illuminated by making maintenance repairs.
With the work to be implemented by the Directorate of Construction Works Department, a 252-meter steel railing, lighting poles and LED strip lighting will be made on the pier.
THURSDAY WILL BE THE FAVORITE SPACE
With the completion of the works, the Thursday pier, which will have a modern appearance, will be one of the favorite places of the citizens of Thursday and those who visit Thursday, together with Vona Park built by the Metropolitan Municipality.
