Lifestyle is the most important factor in heart health
Stating that there is a considerable increase in risk factors, Baltalı said, “Cardiovascular diseases are mostly seen in middle-aged men after 40-45 years of age. The risk increases as the age progresses. The most important factor in preventing this disease is lifestyle. Lifestyle is divided into regular physical activity and healthy eating. The inability of people to go out due to the prohibitions caused by the virus and the inability to be in close contact with people out of fear reduced physical movement too much.
