IMM Delegation Came to Ereğli for Göztepe Cable Car Project

Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality (IMM) Metro A.Ş. General Manager Özgür Soy came to Ereğli with his team and made observations.

Work continues rapidly for the Göztepe Cable Car Project, one of the tourism projects that Karadeniz Ereğli Mayor Halil Posbıyık wants to bring to the city. Mayor Posbıyık hosted the IMM delegation in Ereğli for the drawing of the project.

Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality (İBB) Metro A.Ş. General Manager Özgür Soy, Deputy General Manager M.Fatih Gültekin and his technical team came to Ereğli and made observations in the project area. After the examination carried out in Göztepe together with Deputy Mayors Haluk Okur, M.Tayyar Mendeş and relevant department directors, the delegation visited Mayor Posbıyık.

During the visit, Metro A.Ş. Deputy General Manager M.Fatih Gültekin gave a briefing about the project drawn. Stating that the project was drawn between the Amphitheater and Göztepe, Gültekin said, "The places where the legs of the project will be placed were determined, with 452 cabins of 4 meters, 8 people in each cabin, 512 passenger capacity per hour and 2 minutes 54 seconds arrival time."

Mayor Posbıyık also thanked the IMM delegation and presented a statue of Hercules.
